«Great atmosphere. Lobby closes at 11PM and no staff was near the phone so had to wait to get in but someone eventually came. Room was clean and stocked well.»

«In our room, there was a smoke alarm hanging from our ceiling, with wires, the pool looked really cloudy, we are a family of 5 and we need extra sheets and blankets but was told we where only allowed one per room. The breakfast was not good at all, powder eggs or something and the sauage was like cooked or shall I say microwaved, and oh there was cereal but no milk at all. The juice tatsted water down or something.»

«Pool was so much fun and my daughter’s birthday was recognized by the staff when we checked in that was so nice! Also I thought I left something in the room the staff went above and beyond to look for our missing item. We also enjoyed the drinks in the evening.»

«I had a great stay! The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location offered easy access to everything I needed, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both solo travelers and families. I would happily stay here again!»

«This is the perfect hotel if you're traveling with a dog and it was my second stay. Easy access through the side door on ground level. Great options for walks in the neighborhood and parks nearby. St Ellen park is my favorite when traveling with a dog. Hotel has a nice gym with free weights and an indoor pool. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There's complementary water in the lobby. Parking is easy and free. There's also a restaurant/bar, but I didn't try it»

«It was an okay stay. The place good of had some detail cleaning. Also, the breakfast was more like snacks. The coffee wasn't even hot out of the dispenser. The staff was pleasent and eager to help.»

«The biggest disappointment about this motel isn’t the broken amenities—it’s that the staff is forced to watch the place slowly fall apart while the owner seems completely out of touch and doesn’t appear to care. The first problem hit before we even got to our room: the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry all of our luggage up three flights of stairs. That’s not a great first impression. «Upon our arrival and entering our room. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging over the shower. The sheets scared me a little, they were not Clorox white, kind of a dirty white. Amenities were a zero. No hangers in room. No drawers to place your belongings, No room decor, no information booklets, no tv guide, no pamphlets of any kind. Dinning area is horrible. No impressed by far, but it served the purpose. I’m sorry to say that we will never stay at this hotel ...

«Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror. ...
