«It was ok. I mean, it’s really just a casino with some rooms attatched. Kind of shady area. Be careful with your stuff, the casino don’t have control over who comes and goes and nobody will really help you if something gets stolen, even though they have thousands of cameras. The rooms are nice and the people at the reception were nice.»

«There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it. «We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and the gentleman at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming. Room was clean and breakfast area offered a good assortment, and there was a variety of coffees, and constant refills. Check-out was easy and again, the front desk clerk was very nice.»

When I took the pillow to the front desk the man accused me of basically trying to get out of paying for my stay! $150 is nothing. «It was a good stay. However, when I woke up at 3am to check my phone that’s when I realized that my phone was not charging. No plugs that was around the bed worked. Nor did the lights around the bed work. I called guest services and the lady was nice about it but only offered for me to change my room at 3am. Which was not feasible for me. However, after going around the room. I found 2 plugs that worked.»

«My room was not clean upon checking in. You have to sit dirty towels outside your room door in order for housekeeping to offer to clean your room. I had to specifically ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as I was told by housekeeping that wasn’t typically an area they cleaned each time the room was cleaned. «First problem we ran into was that the toilet did not properly flush. Meaning we could only flush the toilet every 30mins maybe more. This room was shared by 3 women by the way that had just got off the road from driving for 4 hrs straight. Then while showering the tub would fill up as if it was stopped up and it was noticed that it was poorly cleaned. Ewwwww, tried calling down noticed the phone was working 😒 so I walked down to report the issues and asked if I could be moved unfortunately ...
