The charging outlets by the bed did not work. There was no cold water for my entire stay, even after it was brought to the attention of the front desk. They said they were having maintenance work on it as it was throughout the entire building but after a week we still didn’t have cold water. The tv remotes didn’t work very well. The housekeeping was very loud outside the door, often slamming doors to their utility rooms up until 8pm some nights. The morning of our check out there was someone drilling into the ceiling right outside our door at 8am with no warning or apologies for the inconvenience. The room was spacious but the couch, bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great though. Parking was easy and was often empty. The bar area was nice, quiet and staff were attentive there. Breakfast was just ok.
