«Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star»

«This is service apartment
. For the price paid , very disappointed with the breakfast and the rooms. Better to just walk across to opposition stretch for local bf. The omelette totally raw,
The room is huge and that the only consolation. The kettles , cups etc looked used. For the price , I would have expected better.
Maybe my expectations are too high, cos I could have paid same and stayed in a better place.»

«It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding.
WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent.»

«This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. No daily water unless request, no free coffee or tea. I think the hotel is run by foreigner staff. Restaurant not open for the whole day and the food is horrible. The bathtub is dirty and shower is poor. The whole facility is badly maintained.»
