«The description did not match what was provided. It says it has 2 bathroom but they where only half bathrooms. One had a toilet. The other one just had a sink and a hot tub. Access was also very difficult. Steps were uneven and unstable.
Rented for 2 nights but only stayed one night

«The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. »
