«Ignored us when we were checking in. No welcoming or asked if we wanted to seat for waiting. Too slow checking us in. They forgot my birthday settings in the room even when we reminded them prior the arrival 6x through email. Would not come back. Wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, maybe at best a 4 star hotel. Paid more than 1000 euros for 2 nights. »

«The hotel area is gigantic, and the first travel to the north beach, where the villas are situated, was strange going by electric car. The whole experience of the hotel is somewhat overwhelming, in the sense that it is so large with so many restaurants, activities and personell at the hotel. At the villa - the place is georgeous. «Et svært hyggelig og sjarmerende hotell med positiv og hjelpsom betjening. Jeg bodde der 9 dager i julen, og hadde et fantastisk opphold. Hotellet passer bra hvis man reiser alene (som meg), eller som par. Maten var super, og jeg kommer til å savne å sitte på balkongen og se på solnedgangen og høre bølgene slå. Jeg kommer gjerne igjen!»

«Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet. Rommet var stort, funksjonelt, rent og hadde en deilig terrasse utenfor med utsikt mot basseng og strand. Personalet var hjelpsomme og vennlige. Bassengområdet var rent med vakkert basseng. Det var nok solsenger og lå rett ved stranden, så det var enkelt å ta seg en snorkletur. Vi likte spesielt godt Paris restaurant. »

«Apart from a nice welcome, the lodge is in really bad condition. The room is dark, the bathroom is rusty (and they don’t even give you soap), the swimming pool was blur, full of chlorine. Don’t even think of lying on the sun beds, their mattresses are very dirty. Last but not least, they are building something right next to the rooms, starting at 6am in the morning! Definitely not a place to recommend.»
