Got reccomended a hike in the nearby forest, and had a very interesting hike with the kids. Spectacular breakfast in the little cafè next door.»

«If you’re a family on a budget this place is brilliant!! Sure the place is a bit run down, but for a very modest amount you get a resort holiday with buffet breakfast. The kids adored it and I was the most relaxed I’ve been all summer. Special thanks to Tania and her family in the restaurant for giving such great local advice on swimming holes and wineries. »

«The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. »

«Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. »
