«Really cute little apartment, good sized unit. Location is very walkable to all parts of Telluride. There was some construction on the street right outside September 2026 but that won’t be going on forever. Walking around the building and finding the unit the first time can be a little confusing and there’s two doors to the unit so I suggest finding the front door before you bring all your luggage up. Parking can be a limited though, as I mentioned earlier the street was under construction which ...

«Great property at a wonderful location. Right on the river path easy walk to downtown and the gondola. Hot ton was an extra added treat especially after a day of hiking.»

«Great place for a couple to stay within walking distance to Colorado Avenue and all the shops and restaurants. Telluride is an amazing place!»

«I sent a personal message to the host since this was a last-minute booking and we were excited to find something so close to our event. The place was clean, but unfortunately everything felt very dated. The furniture looked mismatched, and some of the window coverings were literally being held up with duct tape. «Wonderful time and awesome location for our Anniversary trip & 1st time to Telluride. Perfect for the 2 of us and walking to downtown, Gondola to Mountain Village, and hikes. Communication and Host were great. Thank you and can’t wait to return.»

«Great condo with a great view!»

«The location of this property is excellent. Once we arrived and parked we never got back into our car until it was time to leave. The property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The host was exceptionally communicative. Great stay.»

«We enjoyed our time in Telluride despite this particular unit being in need of many repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. This property was a tough one for me.The keycode on the door broke the first night after we arrived - Wendy said that she would repair it the next day but never did. We had to let ourselves in through the front window, which we had to leave ...

«What a wonderful condo! The location is fantastic. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent steam shower. On-site parking is very helpful as parking in town can be challenging. We didn’t move the car once there as we could walk everywhere. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home!»
