«The property location is great, and communication was easy. Appreciate the amenities provided like coffee and popcorn, and toiletries. If there was one thing to improve, it's the a/c. It cooled all the other areas of the house but the bedroom stayed warm, so even if it was cold in the kitchen, living ng room annd even the bathroom, the bedroom was not.»

«Check-in process was very easy. Unit was spotless. My only suggestion is that they give more towels. We were allowed 3 (one per person), and there were only 2 plastic cups in the unit, and 3 pillows. The owner shipped us extra pillows which was nice.»

«This property is wonderful. The only hardship was checkin. It's a complicated process to find the fob, enter the building and find the right doors to get to the location. There is no one there, so I was fortunate to have a resident help me figure out the complicated process of entering. Streamlining the instructions would go a long way, such as there are 3 steps to enter the property, step 1 is to go to your unit on the exterior (could be several doors away) and find the lockbox and enter the ...

«We felt this was a very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed apartment in an ideal location for visiting University of Utah and exploring downtown Salt Lake City. The host was responsive and helpful - when I accidentally left several important items in the apartment after checkout, she responded promptly and helped mail everything back to me. We had a great stay with amazing service - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!»

There was a hiccup with check in (room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 6 and weren’t able to get into our room until pretty late so the cleaners could tidy up the place, a little after 10.).
