«This place is as clean and in a nice area, but it is not a hotel. Which you see when booking, but it just wasn’t the best with communication and trying to get updates. We are Hilton diamond members and couldn’t get into our room until right at 4:00, even though we got there at 10 and were willing to pay for early check in. We were in town for an event and had to be late to that so we could get ready since we flew in from out of town. I didn’t love not being able to talk to a typical front desk ...

«I really, really enjoyed the place as I was visiting Utah for a conference at Salt Palace Convention center. I walked to and from the center to this property with no problems. The only issue I had was very little communication from the host, even as I contacted him a week prior to my check-in day. He did not contact me on check-in day, check-out day, or when I asked questions. Luckily I had no issues with the property that needed his attention, but would have been nice to be properly ...

«I stayed here for a week and had a great stay. Cozy is definitely a good way to describe the place. It was comfortable and well stocked with essentials, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially handy for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable and the big TV was a nice bonus. The location was also great and made it easy to get to everything I needed nearby. There’s a grocery store basically right on the corner which was really convenient. I was also ...

«Instructions entering and leaving property were so clear. Our daughter goes to the U and it was a great location to her, also Planet Fitness was walking distance which was a bonus! Accessible to activities downtown, easy to navigate in and out. Really comfortable bed, great views from the balcony. Cooking healthy is important for me and the amenities had all I needed. Overall great place and would recommend this property and host. This will probably be “our place” anytime we visit our daughter.  ...
