They offered pleasantries we have not had before - e.g. a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.Kitchen was modest but well equipped.Internet worked well, even for streaming YouTube videos.Overall it was very good experience. «We felt this was a very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed apartment in an ideal location for visiting University of Utah and exploring downtown Salt Lake City. The host was responsive and helpful - when I accidentally left several important items in the apartment after checkout, she responded promptly and helped mail everything back to me. «This property is wonderful. The only hardship was checkin. It's a complicated process to find the fob, enter the building and find the right doors to get to the location. There is no one there, so I was fortunate to have a resident help me figure out the complicated process of entering. Streamlining the instructions would go a long way, such as there are 3 steps to enter the property, step 1 is to go to your unit on the exterior (could be several doors away) and find the lockbox and enter the ...

«Nice apartment with plenty of natural light. On the top or in the back corner of the building so not right on the busy street. It is the city so there is noise, but it didn’t bother us. Where is the transit line that goes by periodically, but I think it’s electric so pretty quiet. In a decent location in this up-and-coming neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet building. I think I saw two other people over the three days that we stayed there never heard any neighbors.»
