«The downstairs apartment was in a location that was convenient to everything in Lincoln. It was clean and comfortable. It was well furnished with linens and bath supplies. The only drawback was it could get a little noisy from people in the parking area just outside the bedroom window. Overall, a good place to stay in Lincoln.»

«The house was very clean and met our needs for the week. The host was very easy to work with and communication was outstanding.»

«Denise did a great job of answering questions and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. It was extremely clean and spacious, will definitely stay here again if we get another opportunity.»

«Nice and quiet »

«Clean rooms»

«The house was beautiful! Everything we needed and more. Close to great Lincoln locations. Our flight landed early, and our host allowed us to check in early. It was very kind of her. Will definitely stay here again. »

«The place was very clean & well stocked. Enjoyed the basket of treats. There was always a nice smell in the air. The only thing is that I would have liked is off street parking.»

«Clean and pet friendly. Grass could be mowed but other than that excellent place to stay.»

«All good»

«We spent a week at this property. It had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and bars. The parking was easy.»

«Brandon's property was exactly what we needed for our trip to Lincoln. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed with amenities (including coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa!), and easy to get in & out. I would highly recommend this "Husker Getaway" and would stay here again!»

«Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.»

«Really enjoyed our stay!!»

«Very clean, modern place to stay. Extra touches throughout - coffee bar, welcome snacks! Great location to walk to a concert and game. Didn’t drive the whole weekend. Beds comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed. Fully stocked, new kitchen. It was fairly quiet as well being in the downtown area, but there was a white noise machine we did use but wasn’t really needed for our stay.Would recommend! Will definitely stay again. Thank you!»

«The Ashford loft is not up to the standards typically followed in most VRBOs I’ve stayed in throughout the area. The space in the loft is very poorly laid out, the step up bathroom is on the opposite side of the loft, from the bedroom, the carpets need to replaced as they are worn out and appear to be dirty. The bedroom mattress and the bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress pad, etc.) are old and worn out. The electrical outlets are not conveniently located and appear to be outlets from years ago. ...

«Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.»

«This property is actually better than advertised!! The host has been meticulous with the details and provides all basic amenities. The home was clean and the beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels!! No complaints from anyone. If we have reason to return to Lincoln, we will definitely be staying there again!!»
