«My friend and I had a girlie two night break at this hotel and loved it. When we arrived the receptionist noticed I was using a walking aid and unprompted started looking to change our room to an accessible room eliminating needing to use stairs. We were very touched by his thoughtfulness. It was an upgrade to a suite which was outstanding and it really enhanced our comfort and experience.

«Green Gable is an old hotel in a quiet area. It looks nice from the outside and we were lucky to get one of the parking spaces outside the hotel. We rented flat B on third floor. It was bigger than expected. Quite old fashioned and not very cosy, but ok for the two nights we stayed. There was a Sainsbury local just around the corner, but we went in the car to go to town. For a couple of nights I would reccomend it, but for a longer stay I would prefer a to stay at a cosier hotel. A plus for ...

«The room was clean but needs updating , the window would not shut and the wind was whistling through the window , reception there was a bell on the wall pressed that quiet a few times no body came , saw other guests and asked them there was a ring doorbell type round the corner spoke to a chap he told what for key safe but because quite def couldn’t understand him finally got to my room after about 1 hr , the only good thing I can say the location good »
