«We rent someplace in the Winter area every year in October for a weeklong grouse hunt. This cabin was by far our favorite. It was exceptionally cleaned, well kept, well stocked, and well laid out. Chris was a fantastic and accommodating host and made sure everything was set for our arrival. I would highly recommend this property for any group. It is a great combination of multiple comfortable living spaces in a peaceful quiet setting.»

«Great property! The backyard is HUGE and quiet. The kids could run around and play while the adults sat around the campfire. The gas station is right down the road and has firewood bundles. We came to ride UTV/ATV’s and had plenty of room to park multiple vehicles with large trailers. Nice long driveway. Having trail access at the back of the property was very convenient. The kids loved being able to go swimming in the lake at the end of the day when we got back from riding trails. The lake is ...

«I booked this for my wedding party this passed weekend and we loved it! The property was very clean. We had no issues getting in and plenty of room for all of us. Jerry even let my hair stylist come in Saturday morning to do all of our hair and my photographer come in to take photos. We all had a wonderful time on the lake too! My wedding day was perfect. «This secluded home on a remote lake was very peaceful. This place is ultra clean, very spacious, and ideal for a family or friends. We appreciated the ‘no pet’ rule as both of us are sensitive. It’s close to Rice Lake for restaurants and local events there. Carrie also decorated this place with a simple but elegant understated beauty, so it was easy to maintain for us. «We rented this house for a large family gathering in November and it was GREAT! Lots of room for us to spread out and plenty of bedrooms with multiple beds for each couple/family to have privacy. We really enjoyed having a pool table since that's a family pastime for us, and the large swimming pool was a huge hit for the kids. The living spaces were a bit drafty, probably due to old windows, but the basement and bedrooms were very cozy. We will definitely be rebooking here next year! »
