«This was my second stay and it was perfect, we did the Tongariro crossing and the homes location to national park and surrounding walks and activities makes it the perfect option if you want something cheap. For the price it’s what you expect. It’s no luxury hotel but it has more then enough for what you pay for»

«Second year in a row that we've stayed here for Labour Weekend. Was peaceful and quiet, ideally located for a range of activities nearby. Kids enjoyed gathering dead wood for the outdoor firepit, played boardgames into the evening, enjoyed the view of Ruapehu while sitting outside. Gorgeous location.»

«The log cabin was even more beautiful than the photos. With a roaring fire to welcome us on arrival and the hot spa on the deck ready with mountain views was just bliss. Homemade crumpets and jam were just one of the special touches that made our stay so memorable. We played pool in the warmth of the heart of the house and scrabble as the sun went down. «This property is all about the views and the location. The house is very simple and comfortable. It would be a little cramped if more than six people were staying and they had to stay inside for any length of time. The downstairs sleeping area is somewhat barren.
