«Instead of booking a typical hotel, I stumbled on the Ore House Inn in my search. It was the most affordable & sounded great. Although there is no onsite office that I knew of, the phone communication with the owners was responsive. Each room has its own theme. We got the Game of Thrones room & it was really cool how much work was put into it. We only stayed 1 night and wish we could have spent more time there. «Location In town was good but will most likely not stay again. Very minimal amenities that most places have. I have lived in the valley 20 years and never had a house with so many spiders and earwigs inside. 3 nights and was in the house mainly for just sleeping and saw over 9 spiders not a fan. Couldn’t get anything to load with WiFi and had absolute zero service in town. So had to wait til I got home to write review. «This place is perfect for a small family. My wife, daughter and I stayed here. It was a very pleasant stay. The only issue I had was that there was no air-conditioning. Once night came it cooled off and wasn’t bad. This place would be perfect for a fall-spring trip. It was a great experience, and I am very happy we stayed here. The hosts are very nice and had very good recommendations on places to go.»

«We always look to see what the sleeping accommodations are and the beds were comfortable and the right amount for our trip. So many places do not allow for pets and our daughter was able to bring their dog. We found plenty of activities to fill our time while on this vacation.»

«Loved this place for our family of 6! We loved having this comfy get away between activities, and it provided plenty of space for us. My only negative was the steepness of the driveway. We pulled a small teardrop camper, and the hitch dragged when we backed it in. There was enough space like the owner said prior to our arrival, but the incline provided a hiccup. The spot was perfect for all the downtown events and being close to iron Mountain Hot Springs. Great recommendations for food and other local hotspots.
