«The whole holiday was a wonderful experience. I wish it could have been longer, but we are already planning to return. The house was an ideal holiday home for us both and our pet dog who enjoyed the yard and the dog beach not far away. Evans Head itself is a very relaxing destination, with the beach, the bowlo, and areas nearby that we explored. The whole process of check-in/check out were simple and uncomplicated. «Overall the property was agreeable and we enjoyed our stay. The downsides were: limited toilet paper (perhaps a small issue but 3 rolls for a week is stingy - are we expected to provide our own?), there were no replacement rubbish bags for the rubbish and compost receptacles (again are we expected to provide our own?), the A/C is only in the main lounge/dining/kitchen room so the bedrooms with the queen beds were hot. «Property was well kept. We were given a disabled room. Left the hotel all day still water in the shower, not very pleasant, no induction fan. Restaurant was lovely food was ver nice but over priced. $ 45.00 for a breast of chicken, green left with a small amount of jus. Service was excellent. Would we stay there again probably not. We went to go for a swim and they had a wedding using that area, so we didn’t intrude. A bit awkward for other guests. Would have been better had they told us ...

«This unit, attached to the owners' home, is one of the nicest places we've stayed at in our travels throughout Australia. It overlooks a river and is set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. The unit itself is compact, very well equipped and spotlessly clean, with unexpected treats provided. We had car battery problems and Peter couldn't have been more helpful.
