«the bed was comfortable but the floor needs a good cleaning. i had to wash the bottom of my bedroom slippers before placing them in my suitcase. Having to check in and check out a different location, as directed by a sign on the desk, is not a convenience that i would expect from what you advertise as a high end resort.»
