Ferieboliger i Queens County

«Pros: The apartment was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. And it's located near public transportation. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by a dreadful check-in experience. We arrived at 8:00 pm but didn't get into our room until 9:30 pm. We received an email asking us to pay an additional USD 150 in "property fees" on top of what we'd already paid through Hotels in order to receive the entry code. The payment link didn't work, and the first customer service agent ...

«Good location for restaurants and MoMa PS1. Easy to find. Extra charge when arriving that is not mentioned in the listing. No instructions in room on connecting to WiFi. Thin walls, uncomfortable beds. Was probably great as a Sonder, but has gone downhill.»

«When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. I contacted Vrbo about the issues above and they were not very helpful. Then I contacted Belvilla and ...

«There was no replacement toilet paper. I had to buy it. No wash clothes. We couldn’t get the stovetop to work.»

«I wasn’t even able to get into the room . I contacted the host after self check in which me and many other people weren’t getting our access code to enter the building. The ones who got the code were leaving because other families were in their room already. One big disaster and and great disappointment to my family who came down to visit.»

«We definitely would be back to this hotel. It was very well located.»
