«An obviously older property but seriously neglected. One nice feature (not) was the non-locking bathroom door. In fact, the door handle was falling out of the door frame. Stains on the furniture. Ants crawling up power cords. Smell is hard to describe. Our entertainment, since the TV did not work, was reading the bad reviews which we should have done before reserving our room. There is a really nice YMCA next-door to the property. We considered trying to sneak in there and sleep for the night. ...

«The house was clean. It is clear someone lives there full time and vacated the house for our stay. Their food and clothes remained in the property. It did not bother us, but not something we expected. The AC worked well. The owner communicated there were issues before we arrived that they were working to fix and left the number of the contractor in case we experienced issues. «This property is delightful. It's very "beachy" and relaxing. There are lots of thoughtful amenities which made our stay smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the property is reached by a set of six stair steps, even though strictly speaking it is on the first floor of the house. That wasn't a problem for us. Other than that, we can highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (My husband wants me to mention that he loved the bed and slept very well.)»
