«As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down. You have to wait a ...

«Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!»

«This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant. «I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I noticed the apartment smelled like very strong cooking smells. Particularly curry. Even though there were renovations done this apartment was not up to standards. There are no knobs on any of the kitchen cupboards, which makes them very hard to open. The bed squeaked so badly while I was sleeping It woke me up every time I rolled over. The pillows are 1 inch thick and flat. The bathtub was appalling. The floor of the bath bathtub was covered with a ...

«The unit itself is clean and decorated beautifully. There was a sweet welcome note and mug of candy waiting for us when we arrived. The location of this property was the drawback. The parking area is dark or very dimly lit in some spots. There is a bar on the corner attracting a savory crowd at late hours. The stairs up to the unit were so steep and narrow we almost could not get our luggage up. The host did not reply to my concerns upon arrival but did agree to a full refund the following ...

«The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of ...
