«I spoke to the front desk stating there was mold on our window sill and to please remove it. 3 times I asked them and it was not completed. We also noticed on Sunday our sheets were ripped. I didn’t mention this as we were leaving the following day. This morning I spoke to the front desk regarding the mold and he said I need to request a refund from you. Please advise.»

«This property was just as pictured. Very spacious and clean. People who have any issues with steps should caution. There are steps to enter rither by the front or back door. Also the 3rd bedroom and the second bathroom are downstairs. There was also a great deal of noise down in that bedroom, from either the air conditioner and or the plumbing. The house itself is cozy, clean, and well furnished, with large floor to ceiling windows that overlook the peaceful woods and stream behind the property. «The host was readily available for all our questions and provided drinks, snacks , candy and all sorts of amenities for our stay. «Upon arrival we found mouse droppings throughout most of the kitchen drawers with chewed up paper towels. The home was very dusty and there was dog hair under couches, stairs, and around fire place. The home had lots of space and beautiful surroundings. With a deep clean and routine maintenance it would be a great place.
