This hotel has great potential; however, cleanliness was a significant concern during our stay. If you are someone who prioritizes a very clean environment, this may not be the best choice.
Upon arrival, we noticed multiple issues that should have been addressed by housekeeping. There were visible stains on the bedding that appeared to need proper laundering, and we found hair in the room that was clearly not ours. The shower curtain showed signs of mold, and the bathroom floor did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned.
Additionally, our two-bed room was disappointing, as one of the beds was placed directly on the floor without a proper frame. The bathroom exhaust fan was also extremely loud, and the shower head provided very weak water pressure, which made showering less than comfortable.
With better attention to cleaning, maintenance, and room upkeep, this property could provide a much better guest experience. At present, the cleanliness and maintenance standards need improvement.
