«Great location with friendly helpful staff.»

«The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.

Hotellet anbefales. »

«Didn't like how difficult it was to navigate the corridors. Rooms were quite noisy from traffic but were quite roomy»

«Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.»

«What a lovely home from home boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and super friendly. my grandchildren and I were made to feel so welcome. So relaxing.»

«First the good news: The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the service was flawless. The location is also excellent. However, this hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The restaurant and the "ballroom" was ok, but otherwise the hotel looked rather sad. It didn't help that our room was quite worn, and also didn't have a normal window, which gave it a somewhat cell-like feel. Alltho the price was fairly low, I had hoped for a nicer room.»

«Nice rooms & fantastic location»

«Not the hotels responsibility, but not easy to get to without own car, no busses, had to use uber everytime going out, so either have own car, or find hotel closer to public transport. The staff was good and helpfull, good staff. Good price for the room, good size, but the beds are hard, really hard, like military bed hard. Not a big deal, but bathtub is child size, i was happy when i saw the bathtub, but it was either only but and legs in the tub, or legs loooong up on the wall, small All ...
