«If you’ve got a student at Miami you know there’s a shortage of lodging options. This place worked out great for us. Very pleased and will stay again!»

«This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV.»

«Two nights spent peacefully, plenty of small details impressed me like fresh toiletries each day.»

«If you want cheap this is the place. I definitely didn’t hate it but the bed was definitely not comfortable. It wasn’t what I was looking for but did the job. There was pretty much nothing to do in the immediate area.»

«It's an easy place to get around alone. Everything you need is close by, so no hassles getting to places.»

«Free parking is a real win here compared to past stays elsewhere. Plus, good shower pressure makes mornings better!»

«I’ve stayed in this house multiple times and every time I’m very happy with it. Everything is clean and comfortable just as I expected it to be. The host is very helpful for anything I might need. I will stay there again for sure! Thanks again!»

«Got in late, but our room was ready and quiet. The shower had good pressure too. Free WiFi worked well for catching up on emails before bed. Really appreciated having a private bathroom after a long day.»

«This property was very cozy & clean. We cant wait to come back here again.Lovely space well appointedThe native garden is gorgeousEverything in the house is well cared forBeds Very comfortable. It was fabulous!»

«This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.»

«Love love loved this place! Pictures don’t do this place justice nor do the descriptions or reviews express the serene and tranquil atmosphere of this cottage. Tucked along the tree line of the creek with adorable little mamma goats and babies in the front yard. Had all the comforts and amenities with a cover deck on the second floor nestled in the tree tops. Book this place now it’s not just a place to stay it’s an experience!»

«We really enjoyed the house. The setting is beautiful!»
