«Our room was clean and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. There was so much variety and if you couldn't sit down for breakfast they had Go Bags. You could put a muffin and a piece of fruit to eat later and take it with you. That's such a wonderful service for business travelers. The young lady managing the breakfast was always busy making sure things were readily available. «The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable except for the flat pillows. We had very poor tv for both nights. It was frustrating that we couldn’t watch the nba playoffs on either tv because their satellite had poor reception. The front desk never answers the phone so I went down to the desk and the employee was reading and eating pizza. The second night they didn’t answer because they were folding laundry. «Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. «The tiny house is stocked with everything you need, so much detail has gone into the place. All of it is really nice and comfortable.
