«I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!»

«When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.»
