«This property is a hidden gem. We used it as our base for a short trip to OBX. Columbia is a peaceful town with a lovely boardwalk along the Scuppernong River and this home is located within walking distance of the small main street and boardwalk. Coming from the triangle area, it was nice to have a shorter drive to get to our accommodations coming down and to be ahead of the OBX return traffic coming home. «I did not stay, poised vines growing around front and back doors. My wife could not handle that, grass angel high did not get the code to get in .if i can't get a fund i will never us you again. I have used you for several years. And had no problem. But this time was bad.»

«Check in was a bit confusing only because since we were there during off season, there wasn't anyone to talk to except at the gate. We were very reluctant to just walk in to a condo. Not too much of a big deal but a few signs would have helped a little more. Very comfortable although when it said it sleeps 4 we thought that a couch or foldout bed was going to be available. The 2 bed could indeed sleep 4.Every place has different amenities, so perhaps unfair to say but... A little bit more coffee ...

The home offered several different spaces to enjoy, both indoors and out. Our boys enjoyed thecottage as their living space. »

«They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes ...
