«We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code. It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up.
