«we booked this property based on proximate to sunday river and price. We were knew wei would not be in town until later Friday night, and leaving by 7am. Fulfilled those expectations and was satisfactory appointed and VERY CLEAN. Would book again.»

«Room was immaculate. Location was great. We were able to walk to a really good restaurant for dinner. The only thing that we did not like was the odd nugget selection at the breakfast buffet. Everything else worked out fine.»

«Very nice Inn in quiet beautiful surroundings by the Saco River some distance from the main road. Free golf driving range and canoing. Friendly staff. At weekdays the nearest restaurant options was 7 miles away in Fryeburg.»

«The Inn was fantastic. The ambiance was romantic and when we stayed lots of people were there for vacation week and we met some great people. It had a ski lodge vibe where you could hang out by the fire in the great room, the game room or get snacks from the front lobby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. We brought our dog and he was made to feel right at home too! Our room was perfect with the kitchenette we cooked in and even the murphy bed was comfortable! They served cake in the great ...

«The condo was older and falling apart. Light fixtures were coming off the wall. The air fresheners had an unpleasant smell. Game room had little heat and all the arcade games were off. The dogs were welcomed. They did charge 25 for each dog and it needed to be cash, which i did not know. They did accommodate for us by charging my card. Overall... a roof over the head... the folks were kind. I would have found a place closer to the mountain and better quality stay.»
