«I called several times to get picked up from the airport with no answer. I had to pay for an uber. Really disappointed and frustrated when I am counting on the airport shuttle to give me a ride and the fail to show up or answer the phone.»

«My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. »

«Fint sted å bo om du skal ha det enkelt. Kunne gjerne vært mer utstyr på kjøkkenet. Har du rom i første etasje så er det mye støy rundt rommet og lukten av røyk vil du merke. Kommer til å leie rom igjen her! »

«This is a nice clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days here. My favorite thing and one that is hard to find is the pool goes to 8ft deep! I was so happy to be able swim in deep water! The water was clean and not super chlorinated. It was also a great temperature. They do need to take down their hot tub signs though. They dont have one anymore.»

«We liked the oversized room and bathroom. The floors were tiled so the floor above really echoed. Not sure if all rooms are tiled or if it was because we had a handicap room. Overall a great stay.»

«It took 3 hours to get me In My room upon returning to hotel . Even though they fixed door liock I was so frustrated at front desk person because I told her at beginning to contact the manager . She waited over a hour before contacting him. And then it was 2 more hours till he fixed it. Total of 3 hours. I do have to say through Expedia I did compensated for my trouble. Thanks»

«Ligger langt fra alt, umulig å få taxi. Gammelt og utdatert hotell. Veldig overpriset. Parkeringen ble helt full så vi turte heller ikke ta bil noe sted. Dusjen var helt forferdelig. Sparedusj med to stråler som måtte holdes i hånden fordi festet var løst. Putene var ikke gode og restauranten så ut som et gatekjøkken. »

«The room was clean and had nice linens. My only complaint is that the “trend” of soap in an attached tube in the shower wall is a failure. My husband and I had to BOTH shower with a postage sized bar of soap for two nights, as nothing would come out of the “tube”. So bring your own bath soap if you visit this hotel! »

«Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good.»
