DON'T STAY HERE!!! They lied to us about early check in. Our first room smelled like smoke. They moved us to a cleaner room but it was near a mechanical pump was running and was super loud so I couldn't sleep. They refuse any refunds even if it is their fault or negligence. Their tap water is cloudy and smells like chlorine. They don't have extra pillows for guests. Maintenance is slow. We had a clogged toilet and they didn't come up to look at it before we checked out. Their app charges $20 for late checkout but the front desk will cancel the request and charge you $30. They require a $100 refundable deposit they don't tell you about until you get there.
This hotel has thin walls and was incredibly noisy. People were blaring music. LOTS of kids here because they try to be kid-friendly. The front desk person isn't there in the evenings so if you have any trouble at night, you are on your own.
We originally booked at the Best Western but found out that Expedia was wrong and there is were no dogs allowed there. So then we booked here at Baymont. We regret that we didn't pay more and go elsewhere. This place reminded me of a college dorm. Noise, people and kids in the hallways, no one taking complaints seriously, and nickel and diming with fees for things that are normally free.
