«We had a wonderful stay at Aminah. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing. But what really made our experience perfect was the staff. They were absolutely amazing: warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend Aminah. We really hope to return one day :)»

God frokost.»

«Muy limpio y cómodo todo»

«We had an amazing experience at Mia, the staff was super helpful and very friendly. The food and Spa were our favorite of many. Arturo was our lifeguard; he showed us a wonderful kayak route. Ana and Maria gave excellent service at the spa. It was a short stay and can't wait to come back.»

«Upåklagelig opphold. Hyggelig personell.

«Excelente»

«The hotel has charming rooms with an island vibe and is located next to the Bacalar Lagoon. However, the positives end there. The staff don’t speak English, which is common in Bacalar, but they also don't use body language to communicate. There are plenty of staff, but the management is poor—you can wait over 45 minutes to pay your bill, as they don’t charge to your room. You must pay on the spot, causing long waits. Our room included two free drinks, but we were charged every time we ordered. ...
