«The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it ...

«The host communicated well and was responsive for any needs. The Coal Breaker was clean, festive with fall decorations and many amenities. We enjoyed having a cozy place to go back to after spending our days at Knoebels and exploring the area. Would recommend this place for a lovely family stay.»

«If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.»

«The Rose Cottage is a well maintained, clean, older house in the country. There are four bedrooms upstairs and one bath on the first floor. One of the bedrooms had a portable play pen similar to a Pak and Play. The owners live next door and were super helpful for finding where to park and getting in. The whole house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I was in the area for work and was only in the house for about 12 hours overnight.
