«A very delicate and nice decorated small hotel, comfortable rooms and a quiet area a short walk from the Spanish city in Tynemouth. The staff are helpful and very service minded, you get the feeling of being in a luxury hotel. The room we had was large and the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast we ordered was good too. I would stay there again.»

«Great location however the house was not clean on arrival despite owner stating it had been cleaned. I needed to clean sour milk which was throughout the fridge. There was lots of mould and damp spots in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Water was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen and damaged our food.Owner advised he was trying to patch up the kitchen roof.Unable to use shower as this also leaked into kicheb.
