«A very delicate and nice decorated small hotel, comfortable rooms and a quiet area a short walk from the Spanish city in Tynemouth. The staff are helpful and very service minded, you get the feeling of being in a luxury hotel. The room we had was large and the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast we ordered was good too. I would stay there again.»

«When we arrived we were told our room was no longer available due to a 'maintenance issue' so had to book somewhere else at the last minute. The lady that we spoke to was nice and did say they had tried to contact us during the day about the situation. However, checking the message we found in Expedia, it was only sent an hour before we arrived late afternoon. Not helpful when you are driving long distance. Might be a one off but, obviously, have to score the hotel low in this instance.»
