«This duplex is old and run down. The upper floor was fine. It did have a smell of an older house, and definitely needs new carpets, but it’s clean and was doable to us for a cheap price! Bedding and towels were new and clean.The lower unit is a different story. While it appeared relatively clean, the smell was so strong we didn’t use it. «This apartment was perfect for our weekend in Fargo/Moorhead! The building was so quiet, and the beds are super comfy. The host Samuel was awesome-great in communication and making sure we had what we needed. It is conveniently located- there is a grocery store (and Caribou) within walking distance. It was easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. We were the first guests to stay here and will definitely be booking again!»

«I didn't receive an email for the code so when I arrived I had to contact the property manager. He was quick to respond. My issue with the property was that someone knew the code to the apartment I was staying in and broke in but left as soon as they heard I was there. I contacted the manager and all I was told was that no one from their team was there. I didn't feel safe and they didn't resolve my issue. I was expecting them to change the code or change me rooms but I had no reponse after I ...
