The studio itself was comfortable, and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was incredibly helpful for enjoying the beach without any hassle. «Beautiful room with single bed and couch. Beautiful view. Loved the washer and dryer and cooking facility. Very nice pool. Easy walking to several restaurants and the beach. Had snorkel and beach gear with room. Suggestion: rent a golf cart or a car. Getting to town or anywhere with shopping is a drive. But the property is excellent.»

«I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. »

«This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. The 2 building complex has a pool , hot tub, kayaks canoes snorkel gear and small restaurant which is open for lunch dinner.and drinks. Nothing was ever crowded. Lisa was great, easy to ...

«María is a great hostess, she welcomes you very nicely. She makes you feel good and part of her family. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. If you love kiteboarding l definitely recommend you to stay there because that is their passion.»
