«The cleanliness of the property was at best a 5/10. Floors were dirty in many areas and even sticky from improper cleaning or not being cleaned. Cleaning fee in my opinion should be partially refunded. I ended up mopping all the floors myself while here...Bathrooms were not very clean, some of the linens and towels had stains. «Close to the falls, felt safe. Clean on all rooms. The only negative is there needs to be thicker curtains in the front room for privacy, and the blond in 2nd bedroom needs fixed as it felt like we wereyrying to sleep in the lights. Also, really needs a personal touch in living room, there are no decorations on the walls and needs better seating. But al in all great place!!T »

«This house was perfect for our stay in Niagara Falls. We were in town for a Bills game. The house had everything we needed. I reached out to the host one time and he provided a quick response. If we visit Niagara Falls again, we will definitely stay at this house. »

«The apartment was very clean and thoughtful. Small for 4 adults. Owner is on site and very attentive. Steps were very steep and inconvenient for us. Younger folks probably wouldn't have issues.»

«We were only there overnight. Clean, in a good neighborhood, close to the falls and restaurants. Shower leaked water from the head and was too lose to take a shower. Beds were comfortable and slept well ( but had been up 24 hours traveling so was very tired). Our quiet time was 10 pm. One bedroom was noisy with a child upstairs yelling and swearing at his video games. Owner and son stay upstairs. Our nice vehicle was parked along the road as expected.
