«We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2 ...

«We were in town for a baseball tournament in Pittsburg. The house was cute and exactly as depicted in the description. It was clean. Communication with host was easy. I loved seeing the renovation pictures in the picture album. I do wish the fridge was bigger. And I did find about 5 windows that were unlocked. It feels like a safe area but you may want to double check the windows when staying there. Outside of those minor things, this was a great place to stay and we would book it again!»

«So this trip there were a couple hiccups! I can not say enough about Katrina!!!! She was on top of everything! The original room I booked the A/C was out and Katrina made sure I had another room before check in time. Unfortunately, when I got to my room the internet was out. I informed Katrina, she came by and checked the outside box. Found out it had went out earlier that day. Both things out of Katrina's control, but she was on top of it all!»
