«This was the best stay that I’ve had in several years! The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, especially given that I messed up the date of my reservation. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well stocked with everything that we needed. There’s nothing that I would suggest for improvements! I would absolutely stay here again anytime that I’m in the area!»

«We loved this house for our stay in the area. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, rest, and restore. Also, great guides to the area in the house. We would stay here again.»

«This little tiny home was so cute and cozy! My five year-old kept calling the loft bed up above his “treehouse“ and I couldn’t get him down from there! The place is set up very beautifully, plenty of dishes, towels, etc., to be used. Also had a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was very nice! Served as a great base camp for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. Can’t say enough about this rental. It was great!»

«Very clean, newly decorated, very comfortable and convenient. Excellent experience, would highly recommend.»

«Our stay was fantastic! We would definitely come again! The beds were great, we fixed dinner and breakfasts there, had all the pots and pans and appliances we needed to make great meals. It was very convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. Plus the information we were sent was very informative and useful. It was a fantastic stay!»

«Great option in Montrose. We used it for a golf trip. excellent!»

«Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.»

«A very clean, very comfortable home.»

«Our stay was fantastic. Very clean home, breathtaking views, fairly close to lots of hiking and a nearby lake for swimming (be careful of burrs). Host was very accommodating and responsive to our messages; lots of supplies left over from previous users too! The only thing to take note of, NOT to deter anyone though, is that there is not a single TV in the home - our group was hopeful to play some Mario Kart in the evenings but ultimately we found fun otherwise with the card games and other games ...
