«The room was dirty, but the worst was the aircondition not working at all in 88 degrees for three days. Was talking to the receptionist several times, but she only told me that it was nothing to do. No-one was trying to fix it. Had to ask for it to borrow a fan, and got one as dirty as the rest of the hotel. Stay away.»

«Stay was wonderful! Wish we could have visited the pool but our trip was busy. Breakfast was amazing. We had great service from two workers but we didn’t catch their names- a man that seemed to work all day/night and a woman that helped with needed linens when they were so busy. It was much appreciated so we could get the sofa bed ready. My only suggestion would be to have linens for the sofa bed in the closet so it’s ready to go! »
