«Could be a very nice home on the lake if more care was taken. Sort of a hodge-podge place with pieces of plooring missing, cabinets without handles, lots of cobwebs and a bit dirty overall. The bathroom was not good, the toilet water was brown and the water came out as a trickle in the sink. Bathroom needs a thorough clean. «My family and I had a great stay - A wonderful location and comfortable rooms. The hot tub is a nice touch in the back. I love being able to explore nature, far away from cell phone reception.It wasn't obvious how/where to use the kayaks, so we left them alone, but the water was moving too fast to use with children anyway. «Overall, a comfortable stay for a couple of days. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable (a king) and shower/bathroom very good. The kitchenette did not have a cook top (and we knew that when we reserved), but the microwave was adequate for our short stay. The setting is very pleasant, and views of the lake were a treat when we were out walking the dog. Recommend with caveats below. «We were in town for a wedding. Exceptional welcoming from Brandy. She even provided us with a book of things/places to go and handwritten personal recommendations. Grounds are gorgeous! Peaceful and right on the water. Fire pits, picnic tables and seats to simply relax right outside of your room/patio. The room was clean and loved the cabin decor.
