«The apartment was clean and very comfortable. There were a few issues and the host was very prompt to respond and addressed the concerns.Arriving and returning to the apartment after dark each day, it was difficult to locate the reserved parking spot. The digital keypad did not correspond to the directions, which at night in a parking lot full of vehicles was a little unnerving. A welcome letter would be helpful to indicate the location of towels, thermostat instructions, and check-out ...

«I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house. »

«The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.»
