«Paint peeling off the walls, accommodations changed without notice (switched from king to queen bedroom), adjacent room had dogs when property listed no pets, A/C unit ran 24/7 without getting the room to temp (filter indicator showed it needed cleaning), towel rod feel off (masonry anchors were used instead of sheet rock), etc. etc. The only positive was the comfortable mattress»

«The 2 bedroom house was cutely decorated and was 2 blocks to Kanosh Town Park where we were attending a family reunion. Kitchen and living room was a nice open floor plan. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed with a bunk that has a single on top and a queen on bottom. There were plenty of towels in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes and some spices. We stayed 2 nights, slept and showered there, but didn't really cook...Just used microwave and ...

«The house was beautiful and located on a nice quiet street. It was super clean and furnished very nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and there were laundry machines available. It was just a really nice place to come back to after a day of exploring the area. Tresa was great to work with. Highly recommended.»

«We had a wonderful 4 nights stay. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster, crock-pot, pots and pans, etc, People also left spices, peanut butter, cooking oils, and extra items. It was very easy to make yourself feel at home!»

«It was just what was advertised. The only comment I would make was that the bathroom was a bit stinky. I think there is an issue with the p-trap in the tub and some smell was coming up from there. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.»

«Everyone enjoyed the house. Thank you for renting it to us for our trip to Little Sahara Utah.»

«We enjoyed a very cozy and delightful stay! Communications with the host were excellent. Our visit to Baker included a tour of Lehman Caves. This property is conveniently located close to Great Basin Park.»

«Cozy Cottage was absolutely amazing! It is huge—the pictures truly do not do it justice. The location is perfect, with beautiful scenery all around. The hosts were so kind and accommodating without ever being overbearing. The entire stay felt comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely like home. We would absolutely stay here again!»

«Nice, new, clean and we loved it, thank you»

«Very clean bathroom and clean, spacious room with king bed, sofa, dining table, and desk. Fully stocked kitchenette. We used the outdoor grill which was nice. Only downside was that the check-in instructions came later than I would have liked. But they did come in time for when I had cell phone service. The host was very accomodating and made sure we had everything we needed after we checked in. So close to national park. Highly recommend.»
