«This was my first time trying a place like this and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the building was, how friendly the owner was, and how convenient it was to just have a calm spacious area to hang out after being tired from a days activities and driving. This was a great place to stay with kids and its proximity to amazing burritos and fish tacos was an added bonus. My kids loved the crab theme and the space as a whole.»

«Stay here if you are fans of amazing ocean views and sunsets. We are, and we were rewarded with phenomenal ones. The house is well stocked with comfortable furniture, beds, good showers and good WiFi. Lots of good seating areas inside and out. Excellent hot tub. Not as close to Mendocino as I’d hoped-around 30 minutes of winding, but gorgeous coastal road. Not much in Elk, esp during the week. Seamus is a great host who made everything easy for us.»

«We had trouble with the tv as there were no instructions. The grill for the cold air intake for the furnace had come undone and was hanging down . It was like that upon our arrival . It was not a problem though. Other than that it was a fantastic stay. The location was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the light in the loft and the view.»

«The location, beach access and view from home was amazing! The home was decently stocked, but some needs some small improvements. The faucet in the shower needs replaced & the sink is rickety in the bathroom. There were ant bait traps all over the home, and we saw a few ants. The main concern is the entrance to the home. It’s not really the grade of the driveway, but the blind entrance onto HWY 1. The shrubs should be removed and a mirror added for better vision. We had to use my 16 year old ...
