«The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV. ...

«Great place to stay for business, holiday, vacation or just to get away. Checked in late after an 8hr flight went to 11hr. After a slightly frustrating search for entryway, thing ’s smoothed out. The remainder of 3 day stay was flawless. Read your check in notes 3 times if you plan to arrive after dark. And watch the video on their site.»

«This is my 1st time not giving a 5 star review. My wife and I had opted for an early arrival. Normal check in time is 5:00 pm. Was told that we could check in at 1:00 pm for a fee. We agreed to do so. We arrived shortly after 3:00 pm. The place had not been cleaned. The bed wasn't made, towels were in the floor and the trash can was half full. My wife changed the linens and washed the towels so we would have some clean. Contacted the host and they did come by a clean while we were at dinner, but ...

«Had a little anxiety checking in after late night flight. But the host was responsive with instructions by text. Room was much better than similar priced hotels and quite clean & comfortable. Lots of kitchen amenities, bath towels, linens. Texted about shaky bar stools that needed legs tightened, but checked out before that was done. Nice loft, would rent again soon.»
