«The property was clean and well stocked. The property manager was easy to work with, and we had a very nice and relaxing experience in this rental. The only unknown was the location's exterior, which is in a small neighborhood/circle, but the neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves, and while there was not much outdoor space, there was a lovely flowering tree and small green side yard to enjoy. «We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone? ...
