«We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO ...

«7人で4ベッドルームを予約していました。 夕方に到着しましたが、フロントデスクが存在せず、どこで鍵を受け取ればいいのかわかりませんでした。建物内にあるコンビニのお兄さんの親切で何とか鍵を受け取ることができましたが、高齢者が2人同行する中、暑い廊下で30分以上待たされました。 部屋はリビングが広く間取りとしてはよかったです。大通りを超えれば大きなショッピングモールもあるのでロケーションもいいと思いました。 しかし、Expediaにはハウスクリーニング（毎日）と記載されていましたが、6泊滞在しましたが、チェックイン後一度もスタッフが現れることはなく、ベッドメイク、タオルの交換、ごみ処理などをしてもらうことはありませんでした。滞在中、何度も連絡をしましたが、「足が痛くて病院に行くので…」など言い訳ばかりで全く対応して頂けませんでした。キッチンのごみも処理してもらえないので、毎日ゴキブリが出ました。 ロケーションや部屋の感じ、プールなどはいいのに、スタッフの対応でこんなにも不快な思いをしなければならないのはとても残念でした。 »

«Good accommodation experience, nearby night market and supermarket. Transport is not well good, only 3 bus route pass thru, but no one can go to Larkin Sentral for long distance bus connection. That’s not good enough. Hotel and front desk service is satisfactory. Breakfast is delicious. Housekeeping service is efficient and fast to give help and delivery product to us. »

«A few of the things I liked in the dorm room is each bed has a curtain so you have privacy and the space is really big with lots of storage space right under your bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) »

«We were overwhelmed by the lenghths to which the staff accommodated our needs to be in different parts of the overall resort at different times. Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location.»
