«This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely ...

«Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.»

«Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.»
