«The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. «Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage.»
