«What a great stay! The location is perfect and the customer service even better. We booked a loft apartment 55m2 but we felt it was a little small for two couples and we asked if we could change to a larger apartment even though we already had checked in. "No problem, it's ready in an hour". We even got the upgrade free of charge. The loft was really cool but the other apartment was even nicer with two bedrooms and a classic look. «Although it was a bit confusing and difficult to actually find the building I was staying in because I didn’t have the luxury of reading things since I was going to seven countries and I had a crazy 24 hour flights with transfers, the building in location and room were very lovely and I’m glad I found this apartment! I felt it was conveniently located. I felt safe and I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!!»

«Apartment was extremely hard to find. Directions on the listing were vague and I had to call and get directions on where the apartment was located. But other than that, the apartment was extremely clean and affordable, costumer service was friendly and responsive, and the apartment was in a great location—only about a 5 minute walk from Lublin Old Town. I would book again if I’m ever back in the Area.»
