«I had to wait around to hear from the owner because the code for the door was not set to what I was told. Upon entering, the place smelled. Had to get air fresheners, but that did little good. Every time you entered the place the odor would hit you. Inside the place was well kept except for the odor. There is reason there are really no pictures from the outside. Had I known it was at the end of a 3 bay storage building, I would not have rented it. The hot tub looked nice but it was not used ...

«The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. »
